Tips for losing weight as a teen

Hi, I really want to lose weight but i'm not that good at dieting and also not at regularly doing my exercises. Now I really want to lose weight so I guess I CAN persevere doing daily exercises. So.... the question is: Does anyone have a workout plan for me or a diet or another thing? It would really help me! Btw: I'm a girl of 13 years so I may not go to the gym jet.
